DW Graph Component

Can DW Graph Component be configured to pull data directly from a MySQL database ?

A CSV need to uploaded containing the data which need to be shown in frontend.The data will be stored in database.But you cannot fetch data from your custom table as it will not be as per the format specified in component.

I have install component with sample data instead of graph I get only message: Please connect to internet first ?

Below are the suggestions:
1) Kindly check in the admin end whether you have checked the option for displaying the graph.
2) Kindly check your internet connection. Whether it is disconnecting frequently.

Do you have a version to publish more then 1 Chart, maybe by using a categories for each chart ?

Currently you can publish only one chart at a time.
This feature will be implemented into the next version

My chart will not publish. For starters, the display "Select Time Periods:" only goes to the "31st of December" in the dropdown menu, therefore the chart won't display ?

I made it that way keeping in mind the volume of data for which graph can be displayed, as site administrators can insert a large volume of data, so to show all the data at once would not be appropriate and it take times to load page.

Also for this purpose, I have given the option 'Span Of Data' in the 'Configure' section in the admin.

Starter can click button 'Show' provided.

I wonder whether you can insert the CSV file, which I convert from GPX format. Can you send the CSV file, if you could check whether it works ?

Is there a way for clients on the front end of site to upload their CSV files instead of me having to log-in to the Admin side to do so ?

Currently the CSV can be uploaded from admin end only.

There is no such functionality to upload from frontend of site.

When I upload my CSV file. I keep getting error 'Row contains more fields than specified' I only have 'n' number of columns and 'r' number of rows ?

This component needs date in the first column, the graph will display data on the basis of date.

And the value you specify in 'No of Columns' should be the number of columns excluding the 'date' column, means suppose you want to import sample CSV which you received, the number of columns will be 3.

I was testing the graph that it only takes numeric values. I need it to take word values as well. Is this possible ?

Only numerical values can be plotted on graph.

I can´t download the DW Graph Component. Can you help me on this ?

There are two ways you can download the file.
1) Download from the mail you have received
2) You can login into your account and can download from there.

Easy File Management

I'm looking for a solution to allow registered user the ability to both upload & download files on specific pages & modules. Does your 'Easy File Management' do this?

As of now there is no such functionality of uploading the files from frontend, only admin user can upload files.

But there is a functionality for downloading the files from frontend by only writing the name of the file in any article, you can do one thing that is to make article read by only registered user, so the files can be downloaded by only the registered user.

I need the documents to be uploaded to a custom folder to download ?
